All locations found on BarryPett.com are available for film production and photography shoots,
from Northern California, the Central Coast, to Southern California.

to discuss the possibility of arranging a meeting.

TAX-FREE INCOME

As incentive to keep filming in California, you are allowed to earn up to 14 days of tax-free income
for hosting film productions in your home or business each year. You have the option of hosting
a shoot with crews as small as 14 people or less, to more lucrative, larger productions of 30 or more
people in your home or business.

HOW IT WORKS

After an initial conversation about you and your home or business, I will ask you to send a few snapshots
of your property so that I may evaluate the potential for production rentals. Then, I will travel to you and
photograph all possibilities for production use, inside and out – you don’t have to pay anything!

All photographs will then be entered into an online library for production companies, photographers,
ad agencies, and other clients to view and see if there is a property that is right for them.

When a client chooses your property I will contact you with all of the details of the shoot.
It is then your decision to accept or decline the job proposed.
